Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £83.33 - £95.00 per day

Are you looking to kickstart your career in education as a Teaching Assistant?

GSL Education is seeking a nurturing and inspiring Teaching assistant to work in a number of Lincolnshire schools. We are searching for someone to care for and empower a small number of remarkable members of each school.

Your requirements include:

-        ­Establish positive relationships with students and interact with them based on their particular needs.

-        Encourage students to communicate with one another and participate in activities guided by the teacher.

-        Supervise and support students, particularly those with special needs, to ensure their safety and access to instructional activities.

-        Under the supervision of the teacher, provide comments to students on their development and achievement.

Qualifications and Experience:

-        An enhanced child workforce DBS check on the update service and appropriate references.

-        Previous experience working with children in Primary or Secondary schools.

-        Understanding of the UK education curriculum and teaching practices.

-        A genuine interest in assisting children's learning and growth.
