Planner Scheduler - Property Maintenance - £13.00 per hour 6 week contract (Potential to be extended)

Due to expansion an additional opening for a Planner Scheduler to join a reputable Heating and Compliance firm based in Crawley. The successful candidate will work on a full-time,contract basis, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities for the Planner Scheduler role include:

* Handling calls and scheduling various works

* Validating each job to ensure the required information is available

* Managing customer and client relationships

* Ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real-time with status updates on the internal system

Ideal candidates will possess:

* Previous call handling/scheduling experience

* Ability to operate a computerised database system

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
