SEN Teaching Assistant

The Role:

As a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support for Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils. Your focus will be on managing and supporting challenging behaviours, creating a positive and engaging learning environment, and helping students achieve their full potential.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, especially with challenging behaviours.

• Strong behaviour management skills.

• Patience, resilience, and a passion for working with children

• Relevant qualifications are a plus but not essential.
