Trauma-Based Learning Approach Tutor

Are you looking for your next opportunity?  Look no further! TP Tutors are recruiting tutors who have experience in trauma-based learning to teach a variety of subjects in the Nottingham area (NG22).

Job Duties:

Deliver trauma-based learning approach sessions to students
Create and implement lesson plans tailored to individual needs
Provide emotional support and guidance to students dealing with trauma
Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Collaborate with other stakeholders to support student development
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in trauma-informed teaching or counselling
Relevant degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
Additional training in trauma-based approaches preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of the impact of trauma on learning and behaviour
Ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
