We are currently looking for an HR Advisor to join public sector owned company based in Hereford, specialising in providing support services to the public sector, this role provides support in schools in the area.

This is a hybrid working role split between the office, working from home, and visiting sites.

An insight to the role:
· Support clients with employee relation casework, by email/telephone/teams and onsite.
· Act as an investigating officer on variety of employment matters and provide a written report.
· Attend formal meetings.
· Involved in the development of school-based HR policies and procedures working closely with Trade Union representatives.
· Design/deliver training sessions to clients on a variety of HR topics.

We are looking for someone who has:
· Proven track record of managing and solving a range of HR casework including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence management, TUPE, redundancy, appraisal, and capability.
· Experience of working within the schools' sector and providing advice in line with school specific legislation.
· Experienced HR professional who is preferably fully CIPD qualified.
· Strong knowledge of employment law.
· Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
· UK driving license and car.

Full-time hours and part-time hours available. Between 28-37 hours a week.

Up to £38,500 for full-time hours, plus company benefits.
