* Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine availability and effectiveness

* Ensuring H&S procedures are followed

* Maintenance and repairs on production machinery

* Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, chains, and valves.

* Electrical - Working safely, testing motors, and replacing components.
