Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the brand’s presence and market share.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve exceptional results.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to ensure our campaigns are ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure all marketing activities deliver maximum return on investment.
• Oversee the company's online presence, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and engaging across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within a retail fashion brand.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational and personal skills.
• Experience with Shopify plus would be preferred.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills.
• Proficiency in tracking and analysing metrics to assess performance and make improvements.

Package:

• Basic Salary up to £70k
• Potential options for shares in the business
• Hybrid working (2 days in the city centre office)
