Role: Sub Agent

Location: Heathrow

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum

We are searching on behalf of our client, an International Tier 1 contractor for a Sub Agent to join their team at Heathrow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor on one of the largest infrastructure projects currently ongoing in the UK.

In this role, you will:

* Comply with company policies and procedures, including method statements, risk assessments, and briefings.

* Manage, supervise, and mentor site engineers to ensure high levels of engineering control and record generation.

* Communicate with commercial staff to prepare records for measurement and payment purposes promptly.

* Liaise with the Agent to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary work design schemes.

* Advise the Agent of any potential commercial or contractual liabilities.

* Manage the ordering process and supplier relationships for timely material delivery.

* Manage subcontractors to ensure service delivery and compliance with company policies.

To be successful, you will have:

* Proven experience in civil engineering and services

* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

* Excellent people management skills

* CSCS card

* Flexibility
