Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a small, specialist law firm with an outstanding, collaborative culture and excellent client reviews. They are looking for a Legal Administrator to support across the business and allow the fee earners to focus on their caseload. This role is based full time in their office, which is based in Acocks Green/ Yardley, on the Coventry Road.

The Role:

Assisting the management of document storage
Responding to client queries, via telephone and email
Handling of incoming and outgoing post
Overseeing office stock levels and placing orders with suppliers
Management of liaison with contractors
Some support with HR duties, under the guidance of the HR departmentThe Ideal Legal Administrator will have:

Solid administrative experience
Keen eye for detail
Confident and polite telephone manner- suited to speaking to clients
Experience or interest in the legal industry would be highly desirable
