An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Director to join a well-established yet rapidly growing financial services business based in Reading. The company is looking for an ambitious and experienced leader to shape and drive their marketing strategy, with a focus on digital growth and content-driven campaigns.

As the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will manage a dynamic in-house team of 4, including a videographer, while also collaborating with external agencies when needed. This role requires a comprehensive marketing skill set, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage an in-house marketing team of 4, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering team development.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Oversee the creation and execution of content across various digital platforms, including ads, campaigns, graphics, and videos.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Work with external agencies as required to enhance marketing activities and extend reach.
• Leverage data and analytics to continuously optimise marketing efforts and improve ROI.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly within the financial services sector, to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a marketing team.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms.
• Hands-on experience with graphic design, video production, and relevant marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimise marketing strategies.
