BUILDING SURVEYOR

* You will be working as a Building Surveyor with an RP in London who is looking for someone to look after their planned works programme as well as picking up other responsibilities which are all included below

* This will be for for 3 months, which will then result in a permanent position if everyone's happy - your permanent salary will be £53k per annum, which includes mileage.

* You will be on an hourly rate of £37 - £40 per hour, which will be paid through an Umbrella company.

BUILDING SURVEYOR ROLE:

* Managing a cyclical maintenance programme - kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofs etc.

* Carrying out property and condition surveys

* Diagnosing damp

* Managing void improvement works

* Requesting quotes to ensure value for money and daily usage of NHF SOR codes

* Preparing reports and documents compliant with with CDM 2015 regulations

BUILDING SURVEYOR ESSENTIALS:

* Sound knowledge of diagnosing damp, mould and fabric repairs within social housing

* An understanding of NHF SOR codes

* An understanding of CDM 2015

* Experience with working with and managing contractors and DLOs
