Title: HR Shared Services Team LeadLocation: LeicesterHybrid: 3 days in office and 2 WFH per week. Salary: £40,000Contract: 13-month FTC (Contract until December 2025) JGA are partnered with a leading media business that are seeking an HR Lead to join their team on a 13 month FTC. You will lead their HR Shared Serviced team in the delivery of an efficient service across the business.Responsibilities:
  • HR Systems & Administration: Manage HR systems (Workday expertise required) and ensure accurate HR records and processes.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the HR Admin team, distribute workload, and support the HR Team Leader in meeting KPIs.
  • Compliance & Updates: Stay updated on employment laws, manage system changes, and ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work with finance and HR teams on organizational updates, including benefits and payroll.
  • Process Management: Assist with the Annual Salary Review, bonus process, audits, and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
  • HR Expertise: Strong HR knowledge and systems experience, especially in Workday.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Adaptability: Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Desirable: TUPE transfer knowledge.
