Assistant Site Manager required for a temporary contract working working up until Christmas, for an award winning residential developer on a project in Hereford.

Applicants will ideally have experience of working for a residential developer in an Assistant or Site Management position. In the role you will be working under a Senior Site Manager and be responsible for the management of the various sub-contractors on site, ensuring that they adhere to the company health, safety and quality standards You will have a key role manging the build process and preparing units for CML

Applicants will require good communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines and have up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
