An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established regulatory board in Central London. The company is now looking for an experienced Project Manager (Business Change & Strategy projects NOT I.T. focused) to join their growing team on an 18 month fixed term basis, working with various stakeholders as part of their Transformation agenda.

Description

  • Working with the Head of Programmes and the Reform Programme Manager ensuring that programmes and projects are delivered within time, scope, budget and to an agreed standard of quality.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables to support project business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Perform programme administration functions to a very high standard-maintenance of action logs, risk registers, project plans, project initiation and closure documents as a key set of activities.
  • Write technical minutes to a high degree of accuracy and competency.
  • Ensure that projects address regulatory risk priorities and follow the policy development framework where appropriate.
  • Estimate resources required to achieve project goals.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure they are informed and supportive of projects.
  • Lead in post-project evaluations and present findings as required.
  • Trouble shoot and solve problems as and when they occur during projects.
  • Suggest new and innovative ways of streamlining the management of key documentation.

Profile

  • An experienced Project Manager, with a track record of successful delivery of change programmes and projects including large transformational change programmes.
  • Experience of working for a similar organisation e.g. regulatory body, charity, membership body etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and evidence of strong skills in collaborating and working in partnership with others.

Job Offer
