Ideally you will be 5 years pqe or over and have previous experience of managing a case load which includes some of: sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, licence matters, grants and taking of leases, general management work and acquisitions and disposal of large commercial premises. You will work for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, large corporate and PLCs. Based Lincolnshire.
