Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in felt roofing to oversee and manage our roofing projects in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of roofing contracts, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of felt roofing systems to provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.

* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all members are aligned with project goals and company standards.
