We're seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to respond to a steady flow of sales leads while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities to support our growth.

Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to all inbound sales enquiries and maintain exceptional client service

* Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base

* Build and foster strong relationships with existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs

* Work closely with our technical team on pricing for projects

Required Skills & Experience

* Sales Experience in Passive Fire Protection: Demonstrated success in fire stopping and fire doors sales within the passive fire protection industry

* Client Base Knowledge: Previous experience selling to Tier 1 contractors, end-users, or facilities management companies

* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication

* IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Personal Attributes

* Organised and capable of prioritising a large client portfolio

* Self-starter, driven to achieve and exceed targets

* Consultative sales approach, focused on understanding client needs

* Confident handling a high volume of outbound sales calls

Additional Requirements

* Travel to the Uxbridge head office is required weekly

* Valid UK driving licence required
