We have partnered with a well-regarded firm based in West Sussex who are seeking a residential property locum, please see details below: Location:West SussexStart Date:Monday, 18th November 2024Duration:Anticipated 3 months, full-time (5 days per week in-office)Reason for Vacancy:To provide cover for the notice period of an incoming permanent staff member.Role Requirements:
•Caseload: Standard residential property transactions, excluding new builds.
•Transaction Value: £250,000 to £750,000.
