Job Opening: CNC Turner Programmer/Setter - Night Shift

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6 PM - 6 AM

Salary: Minimum £44,700 per annum

Position Summary:

Join our client's team as an experienced CNC Turner Programmer/Setter on a permanent night shift, where you'll handle the programming, setting, and operation of HAAS lathes to produce precision components. This role offers varied tasks and potential for career advancement.

What You'll Do:

Program, set up, and operate HAAS lathes

Machine components to precise tolerances based on technical drawings

Maintain an organized and clean workspace

Take on additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Familiarity with HAAS control systems preferred, but Fanuc experience is welcome

Proficiency in using inspection and measuring tools

Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong commitment to producing high-precision components

Knowledge of health and safety practices

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Excellent attention to detail

Experience with 4th and 5th axis machining is a plus
