Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum

A well-established law firm based in South East London are looking for a skilled and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join their reputable legal practice. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of litigation matters, delivering high-quality legal services and exceptional client care.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload of Probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims, Landlord and tenant (commercial and residential), TLATA claims and Contractual disputes
  • Advising clients on all aspects of dispute resolution, including pre-action strategy, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategy and development.
  • Representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and trials, as well as liaising with counsel and experts when necessary.
  • Keeping clients informed throughout the litigation process and providing clear, practical advice on case progression.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of litigation and dispute resolution law.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor (2 years’ PQE plus ) with experience in general litigation
  • Strong knowledge of the litigation process, including court rules and procedures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong client-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
