Job Details:

• Assistant Regional Manager
• Joining a regional, well-established children's home provider
• Lancashire based, covering homes in: Chorley, Preston, Blackpool, Haslingden and Bury
• All homes support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours, varying in size from 2 bedded to 5 bedded homes
• Working alongside the Regional Manager to support and manage 6 direct reports
• The Regional Manager will be the RI, as the assistant will support with certain line management responsibilities and supervisions.
• Working alongside the Regional Manager you will ensure all homes are safe and effective in supporting children and young people
• You will also ensure all homes meet OFSTED regulations, striving for OUTSTANDING inspections
• Support with recruitment and management on staff, where needed

Contract Details:

• Up to £56,000
• Full-time, permanent contract
• Monday - Friday

Requirements Details:

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Ideally operations management experience within children's residential care homes
• Would consider an experienced Registered Manager who has a proven track record and are looking for the next step into an operations role
