Altum Consulting are supporting a global media brand to find an Accounts Payable Assistant an initial 6-month fixed term contract within the AP team. The role will start on a contract basis and has potential to convert to a Permanent role.

Key Requirements:

• Processing and verifying invoices and expense reports for business services, rents, and generic costs
• Maintaining and updating financial records
• Performing reconciliations of accounts payable transactions
• Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
• Assisting in month-end duties
• Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
