Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for cost analysis and manufacturing budget creation
Lead operational reporting across daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods
Oversee inventory analysis, cycle counting, fixed assets, and E&O management
Drive cost reduction and productivity initiatives, tracking monthly savings
Build strong relationships with internal teams to provide financial insights and support
Improve processes and IT systems in alignment with business strategy and KPIs
What We're Looking For:Proven experience in finance business partnering, cost analysis, or management accounting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience within manufacturing, production, or a similar industry is desirable
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
