Reactive Maintenance ElectricianLondon£38,000 + 10% Bonus Van & FuelWe are seeking a proficient Reactive Maintenance Electirican to join our clients team.This role involves working in various properties, including domestic and commercial settings, with a focus on social housing and council properties. Responsibilities include fundamental accessory changes, consumer unit upgrades, lighting upgrades, fault finding, minor installation works, Emergency Lighting repairs, elementary ventilation works, and mains fire alarm maintenance. Experience with mobile devices is crucial for completing job sheets electronically in a timely and accurate manner. There is an opportunity for promotion to a team leader or supervisor role based on performance, with additional company benefits available. A practical assessment may be required before placement.Duties & Responsibilities for Reactive Maintenance Electrician Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and testing work as required.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and the ability to identify and report faults.Interpret electrical and site drawings when necessary.Follow safe working procedures in accordance with current health and safety regulations and other relevant regulations.Accurately complete all paperwork and/or use the Oneserve Application in a timely manner.Communicate effectively with residents and clients when required.Deliver exceptional customer service.Undertake any training provided by the company.Support any business changes for the benefit of the company.Perform any ad-hoc duties as reasonably instructed by your line manager or directors.Required Skills for Reactive Maintenance Electrician Extensive knowledge of the electrical industry.Good understanding of health and safety requirements.Sound understanding of electrical and building regulations.Ability to work within a team.Practical skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Excellent communication with customers.Positive attitude and time management.Qualifications for Reactive Maintenance Electrician NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.City and Guilds #removed# or equivalent.CSCS/ECS card.Asbestos Awareness certification.If you are interested in hearing more about our Reactive Maintenance Electrician role, have any questions or wist to apply, then please send us a copy of your CV. Rob Utilise
