Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer
Location: UK or Germany - Remote
Salary: €90,000 + Package

Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a well known Media organisation as they look to strenghen their Engineering team. This role will be working within the Product team using AWS, Java Springboot Microservices, Javascript, Typescript, Angular, Redux, React, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Postgres, S3, Kinesis, SNS, SQS, Docker / ECS / EKS, and Serverless frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

* Architect and implement scalable, reliable software systems.

* Collaborate with product managers and teams to define requirements and technical specifications.

* Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and best practices.

* Make critical technical decisions and provide expert guidance.

* Champion best development practices, including documentation, testing, and version control.

* Identify and address technical risks throughout the development lifecycle.

* Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new technologies.

* Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.

Requirements and Qualifications

* 5 to 7 years of product engineering experience.

* Previous senior or lead engineering role preferred.

* Expertise in Java, Javascript, Typescript, web technologies (React.js is a plus), databases, and cloud platforms.

* Experience with IBM system migrations is a plus.

* Proven track record in delivering successful software products.

* Ability to translate product requirements into technical solutions.

* Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
