Tradewind are looking for experienced Primary Teachers for our client primary schools in Bolton. The position will begin ASAP for daily and short-term positions.

This role is ideal for Primary Teachers at any stage of their career including ECTs. It requires no planning, allowing the freedom to focus on creating engaging and impactful classroom experiences!

The pay rate is a competitive pay to scale.

As a supply teacher, you will be required to:

• Deliver effective, preplanned lessons across various classes, navigating and positively engaging with students in various behavioural environments
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Encourage student participation and engagement in lessons
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Utilise your resilience and dedication to make a lasting impact on students

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)/QTLS
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum to support in delivering preplanned lessons
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
• Passion for creating positive and impactful learning experiences for all students.
