Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Wolverhampton, WV7

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Benefits: Car Allowance (£6000), Pension, Annual Leave

Think Recruitment are currently working with a well-known building and maintenance contractor based in the Midlands who are searching for a QS to join their team based in their Wolverhampton branch.

They are looking for someone who can work alongside the Divisional Manager and be their right hand to manage the applications from Subcontractors, CCLS Daily/Weekly, Invoicing Jobs and collating all Costs/Estimations.

You will be required to have the following skills/qualifications:

Relevant Qualifications including RICS
Experience within the Construction/Property Maintenance sector ideally
