Are you ready to drive your career forward? We're looking for a motivated HGV Class 2 Driver to join a reputable and high-quality manufacturing client based in Newent. With a competitive pay rate of £14.00 per hour, this AD-hoc & Temp to Permanent full-time work available regular Monday to Friday shifts and free onsite parking.

Role Highlights:

Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour. 

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, starting between 03:30 - 05:00 (Average of 45+ hours/week)

Temp to Perm: Start as a temp completing ad-hoc shifts and transition to a permanent role for the right candidate. 

Location: Newent, Gloucestershire.

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 40 hours worked per week. 

What You'll Be Doing:

Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle to deliver goods in and around the local area.

Handling palletised loads and performing heavy lifting, unloading orders, and securing the load using a tail lift.

Ensuring all safety procedures are followed, including load strapping and secure transportation.

Who We Are Looking For:

Valid UK Class 2 Driving Licence with a Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification.

A positive and professional attitude - someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service.

A candidate comfortable with heavy handballing and physical work.

Maximum of 9 points for minor driving endorsements.
