Our mission is to foster creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for the dramatic arts in our students. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and delivering engaging drama lessons for students aged 11-18.
Encouraging and nurturing students' creativity and confidence through drama.
Organizing and directing school productions and drama clubs.
Collaborating with other faculty members to integrate drama into the broader curriculum.
Assessing and evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback.
Plan and implement a variety of drama activities and performances.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Inspire students to express themselves and develop their acting skills.
Stay current with new trends in drama education and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:

A degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, or a related field.
Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
Previous experience teaching drama at the secondary school level is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for the arts and education.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
