Job Title: Multi Trade

Location: Ipswich & Cambridge

Start Date: Temp to Perm

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4pm

Salary:  £18 per hour CIS DOE trade skills and experience - Van & Fuel Card provided

Company & Project:

ARC Group are recruiting for experienced Multi Trade for a well established housing associations contractor. The successful candidate should have experience working on maintenance projects and be responsible for the repairs and maintenance works within the Ipswich & Cambridge area. 

Duties & Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:

As the Multi Trader you'll be required to have a range of trade skills in plastering, carpentry, tiling and basic plumbing.
As the Multi Trader you'll complete allocated works in void and tenanted properties.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Multi Trader:

Valid UK driving licence (Essential)
Must have proven work experience
Experience working on maintenance projects
Health and Safety Aware
