Perform routine maintenance:
Minor Building Fabric Repairs
Minor Decorating Task
Minor Plumbing Repairs
Weekly & Monthly Planned
Maintenance Tasks as Scheduled
(Fire Alarm Test, Tap Flushing/
Water Temperature Recording,
Emergency Lighting Testing
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within a critical environment
Conduct reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Liaise with on-site teams and contractors to ensure minimal downtime
Maintain records and logs to ensure efficient operationsAbout You:

Proven experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within a critical environment
Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) in engineering or maintenance are preferred
