TIG Welder/Fabricator
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

We are looking for a skilled fabricator/TIG welder to join my clients team, producing high-quality stainless steel BBQ grills for both restaurants and domestic use. Based in the West Midlands, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that prides itself on quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate and assemble components to specifications

* Perform TIG welding tasks (primarily stainless steel)

* Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and manipulate materials

* Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular checks

* Perform occasional delivery drops and customer site visits

* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

What We're Looking For:

* Solid TIG welding skills (essential)

* Experience with fabrication and assembly

* Proficient with hand tools and power tools

* Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations

* Experience working with sheet metal is preferred

* Strong attention to detail and quality control

* Ability to read technical drawings

* 2+ years of TIG welding experience

* Driving license
