Working with our Client based at Southampton Docks, We are currently recruiting for a permanent role for the role of Weighbridge Operative. The role is a critical role to ensure daily operations run smoothly. The role will be suited to someone who has excellent attention to detail & excels within a customer focused environment.

The Role;

• Ensure H&S & PPE policies are adhered too
• Ensure drivers are aware of load restrictions & directing them to towards the correct areas
• Completing documentation for both the weighbridge & associated processes
• Support Team members with admin duties as and when required

Essential Skills

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard in English and Maths

* Proven administration skills

* IT literate with the ability to use a range of packages applicable to the role

* An excellent work ethic

* Ability to use own initiative and work alone as well as part of a team

Desirable Skills

* Proven track record of working in a comparable role

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in business administration

* A good understanding of environmental legislation

* Experience of working in a similar role
