Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a Sales & Procurement Co-Ordinator? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their sales support department.

* Annual salary of £25,000

* Monday to Friday- 08:30 to 17:00

* Permanent role

The Role:

The Sales & Procurement Co-Ordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the sales support department.

* Process sales and purchase orders, liaising with Credit Control as needed

* Organise direct deliveries and allocate daily orders against stock

* Perform administrative duties and resolve customer invoice queries

* Maintain efficient communication between the Sales Office and external team

* Handle enquiries from contractors, suppliers, and the external sales team

* Produce and check quotations, understanding margins and pricing agreements

The Candidate:

The ideal Sales & Procurement Co-Ordinator will possess the following qualifications and skills:

* A-Level or equivalent qualification

* Experience working in an office environment and dealing with customers

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy

* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
