We have a new opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join an established FM provider. This role will focus on high end residential and some retail buildings. You will cover around 3 different sites a day.

About the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:

You will be given a van and fuel card and will cover central London and greater London.

Responsibility for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Carry out maintenance on AHUs,FCUs and HIUs
Hot water cylinder checks
Pumps and heat exchangers
Fire Alarm testing
VRVs and MVRHs
Under floor heating
Small install workExperience Required for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:

Level 3 Mechanical - City & Guilds or equivalentWe offer for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Salary up to £49K dependent on experience
Plus 10 hours travel paid
Van can be used for personal usage
