What will you get up to?

Live and breathe a passion for hospitality - you will care more about the guests meals and experience than they do.
Assist your restaurant managers across the venue across host, floor and bar - ensuring they have everything they need to deliver the stunning yet casual service that this brand is defined by.
Drive revenue opportunities across the three key areas of the business; People, place and product - Whilst ensuring the integrity and quality of the guest experience is never compromised.
You will be able to talk through every aspect of the food, wine, cooking techniques and the wider business ethos - with both customers and team alike.
