The Company:

Our client is a pioneering research business who built a product that has the unique ability to take qualitative data, social media data and provide clients with information on customer experience/ journey. They take unstructured data from multiple sources and provide leading and actionable insights, they are recognised for their innovative research solutions.

The Opportunity:

They are now looking for a Senior Insights Manager with strong experience in working with qualitative data and social media data to provide insights to their clients. You will work as part of a team and liaise daily with clients to ensure that they are maximising the insights provided.

About you:

You should have proven experience in working with multiple data sources and some experience of qualitative data analysis and social listening. This is a client facing role so we are also looking for people who enjoy building relationships and coordinating multiple projects across a wide range of sectors.

* Competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 plus benefits
