Senior M&E Project Manager

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum

Start Date: March 2025
Interview Period: November to Christmas

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Project Manager to serve as the vital link between our installation and Contract Managers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, adeptly manage project packages, and possess a keen commercial awareness, particularly in financials, processes, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Manage project packages effectively, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment and communication.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Facilitate procurement processes and manage supplier relationships.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Project Details:

Location: Hackney Wick, London
Project Value: £12M (M&E)
Scope: Residential development with multiple commercial units.
