• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience with a strong background in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and elderly client matters.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Technical Foundation: Strong educational and technical background.
• Motivation: Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Client Engagement: Ability to engage with clients at various levels and exhibit high standards of client care.
• Team Collaboration: A team player with a collaborative approach.
• Business Development: Capable of cultivating business relationships, enthusiastic about networking and business development.
• Commercial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles.

• Perform fee-earning tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle a busy caseload under supervision.
