The Role:
•    
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
•    Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring a high level of client service.
•    Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance.
•    Billing and Invoicing: Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, track billable hours, and manage accounts receivable.
•    Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for legal staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
•    Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting up conference calls, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
•    Research: Conduct legal research and gather information as needed to support legal cases and projects.
•    Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information.
•    Team Support: Provide support to other team members as needed, including assisting with special projects and events.What we’re looking for: 
• Experience as a Legal Office Manager, PA, or similar role 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail 
• A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
