Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all quantity surveying functions, including cost management, valuations, and final accounts.
* Establish, implement, and improve internal processes for project delivery and cost control.
* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Prepare accurate and detailed reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Identify opportunities to enhance profitability while maintaining our commitment to transparency and quality.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost management.
* Self-motivated and confident in implementing processes from the ground up.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Ambition to grow into senior leadership roles.
