About the RoleAs an Assistant Town Planner, you will work within a dynamic team, assisting on a range of planning projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will gain invaluable experience in preparing planning applications, conducting site assessments, and liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and supporting documentation.
• Carry out research and analysis to inform planning reports and strategies.
• Support senior planners in the development of planning applications and appeals.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other professionals to ensure planning processes run smoothly.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality planning advice for various projects.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• An understanding of the planning system and development control processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
