Accountancy Practice Manager
Hybrid (2 days office) - £60k to £65k near Ferndown
Carlton Young specialise in the recruitment of Accountancy & Finance professionals. We're searching for someone to take over the day-to-day management of an established accountancy practice.
This is a dynamic and growing firm serving clients with annual revenues ranging from £100k to £20M. We're seeking an experienced and client-focused Practice Manager to lead the team. Operating across the beautiful regions from Salisbury to Dorchester, they pride themselves on delivering top-tier tax and finance advice to business clients and personal advice for the people within.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic tax and finance guidance to clients
* Lead and mentor operational support staff
* Ensure quality assurance in collaboration with the outsourced data team
* Drive business development and generate new client opportunities
* Overseeing operational processes and maintaining relationships with outsourced partners. Ensuring prompt and accurate review of documentation
* Regular interaction/meetings with clients to foster relationships and grow the client portfolio. Have excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone / video calls
* Experience with the Digita Suite is essential
Compensation Package:
* Competitive base salary starting at £60k
