We seek a Hygiene Team Leader to join a growing food company. As the Hygiene Team Leader, you will maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensure compliance with hygiene standards, and oversee a team of hygiene professionals. Your attention to detail, ability to lead and motivate a team, and deep knowledge of food and beverage industry hygiene protocols will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and lead a team of hygiene professionals to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for hygiene practices
• Monitor and enforce compliance with hygiene standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential hygiene issues
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement a comprehensive hygiene training program for all employees
• Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for any hygiene incidents or breaches
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices for hygiene and sanitation

Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar hygiene role within the food industry
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid hygiene and sanitation certifications (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
