Job Description:

Are you a passionate about education? We are seeking an enthusiastic HLTA who is experienced and looking for a new role:

Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality learning activities.
Providing targeted support to students to enhance learning outcomes.
Delivering PE lessons in line of the curriculum.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
Collaborating with teachers to implement individualised education plans and support students with additional needs.

The successful candidate will have:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in an educational role or as a HLTA
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate students.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as a HLTA.
