Audit & Accounts Manager - Top 20 firm Central London / Hybrid Up to £70,000 Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a highly prominent, award winning, and internationally renowned Top 20 firm of accountants that are eager to recruit an Audit & Accounts Manager. Role Requirements - * Manage audits from planning to completion * Mentor new trainees and support them with their learning and development * Manage work planning and ensure delivery of services in agreed timeframe * Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are planned into our workflows * Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth * Assist with target setting and budgeting * Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients * Confident in networking to promote the Firm * Overseeing the audit team and championing the Firm's values within the team * Provide professional client-facing communication skills * Provide technical support to the Team * Set an example for the team as a natural leader Person Responsibilities - * Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with practice experience * Must have 3 +years post qualification experience * Up to date in CPE and recent developments in accounting standards * Experience of OMBs covering a range of industries * Computer packages - Excel, Word, Sage, Caseware and tax software This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join this outstanding accounting firm of choice that offers real progression and an enviable range of company benefits.
