A unique and exciting opportunity has become available for a client in Hampshire requiring a Property Administrator, providing operational and procedural support for a private estate.

The ideal candidate will already be experienced working within land agency, or estate management involved in both residential and commercial property management.

Reporting directly to the Estate Director your duties will include:

• Managing the in-house maintenance workload and priorities, reviewing invoices, taking deliveries and answering the office phone.
• Ensuring that all residential and commercial properties are compliant and organizing contractors to carry out gas safety checks, EICRs etc.
• Organising for contractors to attend to tenanted properties to carry out approved repairs and maintenance.
• Producing service charge accounts and budgets for commercial tenants.
• Managing the local residential and commercial agents to ensure the timely turnaround of vacant properties.
• Overseeing the inspection, maintenance and care of key infrastructures on site.
• Project managing significant on-estate projects within the portfolio and grounds.
• Ensuring rents are paid on time, alerting the Estate Director of debtors.
• Producing reports detailing when leases are due to expire and when rent reviews are coming up and agreeing a plan of action with the Estate Director to execute it.
• Ensure health and safety personally and amongst the wider team.

You will be naturally organised, comfortable multi tasking, professional and advocate best practices where relevant arranging training and certification.

The position is carried out on site Monday to Friday, with a rewarding basic package available of £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.
