A fantastic opportunity to work in a Nationwide security solution provider, they aim to deliver the highest clarity of services. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team.

£28-30,000

Full Time |Office based | 9am-5pm Mon-Fri | Career progression

Main Responsibilities  

Work alongside hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction.
Processing, preparing and issuing paperwork.
Carrying out employee screening in accordance with BS7858.
Maintaining employee files.
Point of contact for HR related enquiries, advice and issues.
Advising Line Manager on HR law and advice.
Involvement in HR cases.
Monitoring and booking training.
Involvement in compliance duties.
Knowledge and Experiences

Previous HR experience.
Minimum of level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
Capability to work in a team or independently.
Ability to work under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Knowledge and qualification in BS7858 (desirable)
Mental Health First Aider (desirable)
