Our client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team, based in the Maldives. The purpose of the role is to streamline activities to support and enhance the performance of the key account and retail field sales team, thus supporting sustainable growth of the company.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal team and external stakeholders. Manage the field sales team to ensure that the market is effectively and efficiently covered.
Responsible to guide and ensure the key account managers and retail reps are achieving their KPI goals including sales quotas. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, overseeing daily reporting, Track and analyse the sales team progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Prepare regular sales reports and present updates to senior management.
Handle the sales order processing with accuracy and timeliness. Ensure service delivery, act as the primary point of contact and address unique needs to foster client satisfaction and loyalty. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to streamline operations and provide comprehensive support to clients.
Monitor, oversee and review inventory of materials (brochures, sales sheets and presentation slides) required to properly market UFS products to our clients in the Retail and the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector.
Create, introduce file systems that securely store sales items, like records, reports, budgets and financial information.
Collaborate, plan and execute product launches in coordination with other department teams.
Provide training, insight, and support to team so that they are well-versed in the benefits of the product range. Address any enquiries or issues promptly to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
