In this role, you'll be helping people with mental health support needs find employment—really making a difference. We've seen loads of recruiters make the switch to the employability sector, and their careers have taken off. It's a huge sector with plenty of room to grow, and this charity is a brilliant place to kick-start your journey.

The hours are regular (no more long, late nights), and while there's no commission, the idea is to build a long-term career and climb the ladder, rather than staying on the commission hamster wheel.

So, what's the job?

You'll manage a caseload of around 20 job seekers. These clients have recently come out of hospital and faced significant mental health challenges. They're in the early stages of recovery but ready to start thinking about work again.
You'll be part of a wider clinical team supporting these clients, working together towards the same goal.
The role is a mix of office and community-based work, so you'll spend time in the charity's local office, NHS settings, or out in the community meeting your clients.
A typical week will involve about three days doing one-to-one sessions, helping clients with CVs, job searches, interview prep, and finding the right employers for them.
The other two days will focus on employer engagement—reaching out to local employers, discussing opportunities, and making sure your clients are a good fit, while addressing any specific needs. You'll regularly meet with employers to build those relationships.What do you need?
